We start with a friendly, free 30-minute minimum consultation to understand your needs and define the project scope, in person or virtually.
Plan
We then create a personalized plan that outlines the steps to bring clarity, flow, comfort and, in the case of seniors, safety, to the space. Initial pricing will be confirmed at this time and terms & conditions provided.
Transform
We’ll reorganize, reform and create lasting systems that suit your lifestyle - making the process stress-free and as collaborative as you’d like.

Meet Jess
As the founder of Your Organized Life by Jess, I help bring order to your space and life, so you can stress less, find joy, and focus on what truly matters.
After 20+ years in advertising, marketing, and consulting for some of the world’s largest brands, I moved to Vancouver Island to care for my aging mother-in-law and embrace a simpler, more meaningful life. This experience deepened my passion for supporting seniors and their families. It also reinforced what I’ve always known: an organized space is not just about tidiness - it’s about creating ease, independence, and peace of mind.
I work with busy families, seniors, caregivers, organizations and Realtors / Home Sellers to create functional spaces that support current and changing needs. The systems and strategies I use are refined from years of experience in both my career and personal life.
